Ammonite Cuvée NV

Pale yellow with green hints. A fine Mousse at the top of a clean glass. Nose off fresh nuts, subtle vanilla, fresh citrus fruits, lemon, grapefruit, tangerine.

In the mouth, a smooth and refreshing. Green apple and baked brioche. On the finish white flowers, great salinity from the chalk a benefit of the terroir.
